Access Information for Bag It Service

It's pretty simple but we want to make sure everything runs smoothly during your bag collection service, so we’ve thought of a few things to consider before our driver arrives.

You have two collection options.

We can either collect your bags from outside of the property. You dont even need to be in for us to complete the collection.

As long as the bags are on private land we can access, we know exactly where to find them, it is clear which bags you want to have removed and you make sure the bags are dry and dont contain any items on the restricted list, we can take them away. 

Or if you would prefer, we can come to the door and collect your bags from inside the property. 

If we need to access the property please consider the following:

• If there are any obstructions to access the waste please remove them prior to collection.
• Our clearance crew will need free and safe access to the premises. If there are any circumstances including access issues or any parking restrictions, please contact our customer service desk before collection on 03300 535 535.
• To avoid any potential mishaps, please ensure beloved children and pets are kept at a safe distance during collection.
